I remember those days and how frustrating it was and how mad I would get. But now that I'm on the other side of it, if I could go back, I wouldn't worry about it at all. I'd pick it up only when I wanted to. Heck I'd even let it go a few days. I know this is hard to believe and everyone says it, but you will miss this! Just wait, you will long for this to be a problem. Just laugh, and be grateful she had so much fun! Make a game out of the clean up. Give her a big hug and say "wow, it looks like you had so much fun! That make mommy so happy! Now lets play the clean up game." Whisper items in her ear and have her pick them up. If I could take this "old mom" brain back with me that's what I would do. Enjoy!
