We've had quite a bit of success with various marinades over the years, since they are pretty easy to do. We buy our chicken in bulk and it sometimes has to sit in the freezer for a while. So a handy thing to do is to separate the chicken into ziplock bags and premarinate in the freezer and then pull them out and throw them on the skillet or BBQ for a quick and tasty dinner.
